The holistic approach of my health coaching program includes but is not limited to:

- 6 months of virtual one-on-one coaching where we approach and implement up to three main life goals of yours

- bi-weekly coaching calls á 50 mins

- individual mentoring via email in between calls

- support with any upcoming related questions, recipes, meal recommendations, mini-exercises and additionally 

   needed information

- keeping a food diary for at least 4 weeks

- coaching based on bio-individuality
